On the first floor, there are two bedrooms each with a Queen size beds and luxurious Beautyrest mattresses. There is a spacious family room with a keyed gas fireplace, 65" Sony Bravia XBR 4K HDR Ultra HD TV utilizing a Roku 4K HDR Streaming Stick, Ultra Hi-speed 400 Mbps Internet and a Netgear Wi-Fi 6 Mesh system to provide Internet access throughout the house. A cute office nook is perfect for a quiet work zone with ocean views. The downstairs full bathroom is new, elegant and unique.
The Chef's kitchen is stocked with everything a professional cook might desire. Bright an open, the island seats 4 and the dining table seats 6. There is also a vintage drop leaf table that can be used either as a side table or a dining table for extra seating in the family room. The high end appliances consist of Thermador's Top-of-the-line extra large Refrigerator and Freezer, Microwave Drawer, 6-burner Gas Stove with overhead vent system and Gas Oven. The coffee maker is a Cuisinart Touchscreen 14-cup machine.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is spacious and filled with natural light and ocean views. It has a California King bed with Beautyrest mattress, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, and a hidden build in security safe. Also upstairs, the fourth bedroom sleeps four with a twin Daybed and trundle along with a twin bunk bed, all furnished with comfortable ‘Cocoon' Memory Foam mattresses by Sealy. This bedroom is serviced by a cute bathroom with a bear claw tub. All bedrooms have room darkening or black out window coverings.
The backyard consists of a Courtyard Patio with Pavers, Synthetic Lawn Turf, Lawn furniture ensemble, and an Elevated Covered Patio with Ocean views and a classic Brown Jordan dining set for 6. The raised wooden deck off the front entry sports a large Vintage Bohemian tiled outdoor dining table circa 1940 with wood benches and a classic wooden rocking chair, A full BBQ outside the kitchen finishes off the perfect outdoor entertaining space. There is also an outdoor shower in the back yard to rinse off after walking the beach before entering the house.
The best part of The Village Pearl is that you are a short walk from the most prestigious shops and restaurants La Jolla has to offer. Walk the park and cliffs of La Jolla Cove, Children's Beach, watch the sea lions, and then stroll home to enjoy the peaceful comfort of this beautiful property. Please note that the house has wonderful breezes through the doors and windows and does have a whole house fan, ceiling fans and heat but no cooling system.

The Village Pearl was fantastic. Stylish house with everything we needed. In a great location and within walking distance to a ton of awesome bars and restaurants. Comfy beds and very clean. Chef’s gourmet kitchen. Ocean View deck and outdoor living areas were relaxing. The Host was also very helpful from the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!
