At Monarch Luxury Villas, the safety and health of our owners, guests and staff are our highest priority.  We are closely monitoring new developments of the COVID-19 pandemic and have implemented measures as provided by the Centers for Disease Control  to ensure all proper precautions are being taken to ensure guest safety. Our aim is that both our guests and our staff feel safe coming into a Monarch Luxury Villas property.

To stay updated on the current guidelines for travel restrictions and precautions, visit the World Health Organization website. To learn more about our cancellation policies, please read through our parent company’s Terms and Conditions or contact us at reservations@monarchluxuryvillas.com.   Should your home country be updated with a local travel ban, please contact us at reservations@monarchluxuryvillas.com.

We implement strict sanitization procedures using hospital grade industrial products on every tangible surface including remotes, light switches, walls, railings, door and cabinet hardware etc.  We use anti-static foggers upon entry of the premises and again as we depart after cleaning.  The home is allowed to ventilate and we are allowing 24 hours between any contact in our homes.  We have tablets in each home with WIFI accessibility and links to ordering local grocery and restaurant deliveries.  Should you wish to delay your travel and book your reservation for alternate available dates, we are honoring bookings for up to one year from your current travel date.

What Monarch Luxury Villas is doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19

Our housekeeping staff has implemented use of an additional hospital-grade non-toxic disinfectant that is currently being used by companies such as American Airlines, the FBI, and Advent Hospitals in reaction to the current COVID-19 virus pandemic. This cleaning agent, SNiPER, is an EPA level 4 disinfectant and is 99.999% effective in killing both gram-negative and gram-positive Nosocomial bacteria, including molds, fungi, and viruses such as COVID-19, MRSA, Parvo, and Swine Flu.  We use anti-static foggers upon entry of the premises and again as we depart after cleaning.  The home is allowed to ventilate and we are allowing 24 hours between any contact in our homes.  Our normal housekeeping practice has always consisted of disinfecting between each stay and we are particular about sanitizing high touch areas like door knobs, handles, light switches, chair backs, computers, tablets and remotes.  Our luxury soft sheets and linens are outsourced for industry standard sanitization between each guest.  In addition to providing guests with luxury hotel bath amenities and sanitizing hand soap, we now provide travel size hand sanitizers for each guest.  Clorox surface wipes and other sanitizing cleaners are stocked in each luxury vacation home for guest use.

Our concierge and property hosts are instructed to be overly cautious, wear masks and gloves at all times, maintain at least a 6 foot social distance from all persons, refrain from shaking hands and to wash hands frequently and use hand sanitizer  We are also taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers. We are also urging all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing and following all of the CDC’s precautions.

Monarch Luxury Villas Extenuating Circumstances Policies for COVID-19

Although Monarch Luxury Villas has a strict cancellation policy, due to the extenuating circumstances we are currently working with property owners to find solutions that will allow modifications for upcoming stays on a case-by-case basis.  Upon request at booking, we offer trip insurance through Rental Guardian.  Trip insurance is separate from our Safely Vacation Rental Insurance consisting of liability coverage for bodily injury and damage to the home.  If your travel is restricted to or from a country or U.S. region with a travel ban in place, please reach out directly to our Reservations Team at reservations@monarchluxuryvillas.com and we will work with the property owner on a case-by-case basis to provide resolution..

Please note,  if you are sick with COVID-19 and provide verified documentation, you may reschedule your travel dates and use the credit of the reservation cost towards rebooking the home for future dates as available.  If your home is not available at the time of rebooking, your credit may be applied to any other home within our inventory.  The credit will be held for you indefinitely to use toward a future reservation and does not have cash value.  We recommend travel insurance in the event there are travel advisories affecting  your vacation.  Should your home country be updated with a local travel ban, please contact us at reservations@monarchluxuryvillas.com.
