If you would like to ship items in advance of your arrival, please let us know and we will be happy to provide a local address to send your package or delivery to.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds are given for cancellations with arrivals within 60 days. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any loss. If your cancellation is due to a death or illness in the family, your dates may be changed at no additional charge any time available 12 months from your original arrival date.
If reservation is cancelled more than 60 days from your arrival date, all lodging fees will be refunded if, and only if, the unit can be re-rented. If re-rented, all monies will be returned less (1) the processing fee, (2) the damage protection insurance fee, and (3) adjustment for any discounted rate necessary to re-rent the property.
All notice of cancellation must be in email and confirmed by telephone.
Should the owner of any property elect to remove their property from our rental program, the Renter shall not hold Monarch Luxury Villas liable. In such an instance, the Renter will be relocated to comparable accommodations determined by Monarch Luxury Villas. If comparable accommodations are not available, the Renter will receive a full refund.
Monarch Luxury Villas Extenuating Circumstances Policies for COVID-19: If you are sick with COVID-19 and provide verified documentation, you may reschedule your travel dates and use the credit of the reservation cost towards rebooking the home for future dates as available. If your originally booked home is no longer in our inventory at the time of rebooking, your credit may be applied to any other home within our inventory. The credit will be held for you indefinitely to use toward a future reservation and does not have cash value. We recommend travel insurance in the event there are travel advisories affecting your vacation. Should your home country be updated with a local travel ban, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with the property owner on a case-by-case basis to provide resolution.
Travel Insurance: Optional travel insurance is available through Monarch Luxury Villas and covers cancellation or interruption of your stay, travel delay, baggage delay, rental car damage, and emergency/medical/dental expenses. When purchased, please read your documentation carefully as certain limitations, restrictions, and exclusions apply. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. Please ask your reservation specialist for additional information.
Complimentary WiFi is available in each of our homes. Our kitchens are fully stocked and include dishes, silverware, glassware, and stemware (2 per the maximum number of guests). Pots, pans, chef knives, cutting boards, all proper cooking utensils, a can opener, blender, wine opener, coffee maker (sometimes Keurig or Nespresso depending on the house), and coffee filters are also provided in each residence. Assorted spices, as well as oil and vinegar, are available in most homes. Paper products include a set of two rolls of paper towels and four small cloth dish towels, with one single sponge, dishwasher detergent, zip-lock baggies, tinfoil, and food storage containers. Every home features an in-unit washer and dryer complete with detergent, iron, and ironing board. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available upon request. Each bathroom features three rolls of toilet paper, two sets of bath and face towels per guest, one beach towel per guest, and luxury hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each bathroom comes with a hand-held hairdryer. In each bedroom, beds are feature high-quality luxury linens by Comphy, comforters, and pillows for each guest. Closets with felt-covered hangers and drawer space are provided.
Many of our guests fall in love with the Comphy linens provided in our homes. If you would like to purchase a set for your own home, please let us know. Our linens are produced by COMPHY and are featured in some of the world’s finest hotels.
Villas with pools feature pool toys and floaties. Some homes provide beach items for guests, but not all. To inquire about beach equipment rentals – including beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards and more – please contact Concierge@MonarchLuxuryVillas.com.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request at an additional charge. If your stay is more than seven nights, we include one complimentary mid-stay clean. Our housekeepers are also available to hire for light cooking, shopping, and errands.
Our full-service concierge takes care of the details so that guests of Monarch Luxury Villas can arrive and relax. From the essentials such as pre-arrival groceries and airport transfers to custom experiences such as yacht parties and private dinners on the beach, every itinerary is handled with white gloves. Monarch Luxury Villas is pleased to offer pre-arrival grocery stocking services. The cost of this service is $75 plus the items ordered. We ask that you contact our concierge at Concierge@MonarchLuxuuryVillas.com at least three days prior to arrival to arrange a pre-arrival grocery service.
We work with some of the most sought-after chefs in the city to provide private chef experiences at your rental. We can also arrange special events, wine, and beer tastings and much more at your luxury villa.

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm. One of our team members will greet you in person to provide access instructions, a brief tour of the home, and answer any questions you may have. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to arrival. If available, a complimentary early check-in at 2:00 pm may be arranged. Check-in prior to 2:00 pm, pending availability of your home, is $75 per hour.
Check-out time is at 10:00 am. Pending availability, a late check out may be available upon request. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to departure. Please reference the House Manual at your property for check-out procedures, as they vary from home to home. In general, we request that beds are left unmade and dirty towels are placed in the laundry room. Please remove all trash to the outdoor trash bins and make sure the dishes are clean and put away or on the “clean” cycle in the dishwasher. Additional charges may apply if check-out instructions in your manual are not followed, or if there are missing items such as keys and remotes.
Monarch Luxury Villas offers a select number of pet-friendly properties. For those wishing to bring their four-legged friends along, please contact our reservations team for details. A pet fee is required.
Out of respect for the homeowner and the adjoining neighbors, we only allow the maximum number of guests listed on your property description. For inquiries about hosting an on-property event or special celebration please contact our concierge at Concierge@MonarchLuxuryVillas.com.
Many of our homes require an additional pool heating fee. Be sure to ask your reservations associate at the time of booking if pool heating is included.
