  • Can I ship items to my vacation home ahead of my arrival?

    If you would like to ship items in advance of your arrival, please let us know and we will be happy to provide a local address to send your package or delivery to.
  • What is provided at the home?

    Complimentary WiFi is available in each of our homes. Our kitchens are fully stocked and include dishes, silverware, glassware, and stemware (2 per the maximum number of guests). Pots, pans, chef knives, cutting boards, all proper cooking utensils, a can opener, blender, wine opener, coffee maker (sometimes Keurig or Nespresso depending on the house), and coffee filters are also provided in each residence. Assorted spices as well as oil and vinegar are available in most homes. Paper products include a set of two rolls of paper towels and four small cloth dish towels, with one single sponge, dishwasher detergent, zip-lock baggies, tinfoil, and food storage containers. Every home features an in-unit washer and dryer complete with detergent, iron, and ironing board. Laundry and dry cleaning service are available upon request. Each bathroom features three rolls of toilet paper, two sets of bath and face towels per guest, one beach towel per guest, and luxury hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each bathroom comes with a hand-held hair dryer. In each bedroom, beds are feature high-quality luxury linens by Comphy, comforters, and pillows for each guest. Closets with felt-covered hangers and drawer space are provided.
  • Can we purchase your linens?

    Many of our guests fall in love the Comphy linens provided in our homes. If you would like to purchase a set for your own home, please let us know. Our linens are produced by COMPHY and are featured in some of the world's finest hotels.
  • Are beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys and floaties provided?

    Villas with pools feature pool toys and floaties. Some homes provide beach items for guests, but not all. To inquire about beach equipment rentals - including beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards and more - please contact Concierge@MonarchLuxuryVillas.com.
  • Is daily housekeeping included?

    Daily housekeeping services are available upon request at an additional charge. If your stay is more than seven nights, we include one complimentary mid-stay clean. Our housekeepers are also available to hire for light cooking, shopping, and errands.
  • Are concierge services available?

    Our full-service concierge takes care of the details so that guests of Monarch Luxury Villas can arrive and relax. From the essentials such as pre-arrival groceries and airport transfers, to custom experiences such as yacht parties and private dinners on the beach, every itinerary is handled with white gloves.   • What if I am traveling with small children?

    Our concierge will be delighted to arrange baby equipment rentals and babysitting services during your stay. We can also provide kid-friendly restaurant and activity recommendations. Contact Concierge@MonarchLuxuryVillas.com for assistance.
  • Can I pre-stock my villa with groceries and wine?

    Monarch Luxury Villas is pleased to offer pre-arrival grocery stocking services. The cost of this service is $75 plus the items ordered. For exclusive discounts on wine orders, visit the LINK HERE to make your selections. We ask that you contact our concierge at Concierge@MonarchLuxuuryVillas.com at least three days prior to arrival to arrange pre-arrival grocery service.
  • Can I arrange for personal chef services?

    We work with some of the most sought-after chefs in the city to provide private chef experiences at your rental. We can also arrange special events, wine and beer tastings and much more at your luxury villa.
  • Do you offer discounted attraction tickets?

    Monarch Luxury Villas is pleased to offer special discounts to local attractions such as the Zoo, SeaWorld and Legoland. Visit the link HERE to access our exclusive discounts.
  • What is check-in time? Can I arrange early check-in?

    Check-in time is at 4:00pm. One of our team members will greet you in person to provide access instructions, a brief tour of the home, and answer any questions you may have. Early check in cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to arrival. If available, complimentary early check in at 2:00pm may be arranged. Check-in prior to 2:00pm, pending availability of your home, is $75 per hour.
  • How does check-out work? Can I arrange late check-out?

    Check-out time is at 10:00am. Pending availability, a late check out may be available upon request. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to departure. Please reference the House Manual at your property for check-out procedures, as they vary from home to home. In general, we request that beds are left unmade and dirty towels are placed in the laundry room. Please remove all trash to the outdoor trash bins and make sure the dishes are clean and put away or on “clean” cycle in the dishwasher. Additional charges may apply if check-out instructions in your manual are not followed, or if there are missing items such as keys and remotes.
  • Are pets allowed?

    Monarch Luxury Villas offers a select number of pet-friendly properties. For those wishing to bring their four-legged friends along, please contact our reservations team for details. A pet fee is required.
  • Can I invite guests over to my villa?

    Out of respect for the homeowner and the adjoining neighbors, we only allow the maximum number of guests listed on your property description. For inquiries about hosting an on-property event or special celebration please contact our concierge at Concierge@MonarchLuxuryVillas.com.
  • Is the pool heated?

    Many of our homes require an additional pool heating fee. Be sure to ask your reservations associate at the time of booking if pool heating is included.
