A world-famous spot for California Gray seals, this beach allows for observing these beautiful animals in a natural setting. In addition, from December to March, you’ll have a good chance of spotting California Gray whales migrating from Alaska to Mexico and spouting just off the kelp beds. The beach is closed from December to May during breeding season.
Located on Neptune Place, this beach is best known for its beautiful scenery and incredible surf break created by underwater reefs and offers a secluded atmosphere for sunbathing. Novice surfers may wish to consider Tourmaline Beach or La Jolla Shores instead.
Known as the Crown City, Coronado is a favorite amongst families drawn to the expansive beaches, outdoor activities, restaurants and the famed Hotel del Coronado. Flanked by luxurious mansions and open public golf course and tennis courts, Coronado is one of San Diego’s finest locations.
La Jolla Shores
Popular for vacationers and residents alike, this quaint area with a mixed-use village and wide-open beach space is ideal for families. The beach stretches to Blacks Beach South of Torrey Pines State Park and is close to the Scripps Institution of Oceanography and Kellogg Park. This breach is a popular launch spot for kayakers.
During this five-hour expedition beginning at 9:00 AM, venture the waters with skilled guides who provide for a deeper understanding of the creatures and various marine animals.

Hot Air Balloon Ride
A quick drive to Cardiff at 3:00 PM for a private sunset hot air balloon ride along the scenic coast of San Diego lasting three-hours which includes fruit and cheese plate, champagne and non-alcoholic beverages.
Bonfire + S’mores
Set up directly on the sand right outside your villa at 5:30, lasting between three-to-four hours. Four Adirondack chairs, s’mores, and a pre-lite bonfire will be provided in the package. Once you’re ready to head inside, a simple phone call will take care of the rest.
This amusement park is located directly on Mission Beach, complete with roller coaster, miniature golf, rock climbing, ziplines, laser tag, and more. The park is located near shops and several popular restaurants. Numerous rentals including bikes, surfboard and kayaks are all in immediate proximity.
